Your satisfaction matters. This Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for Dad Games Apparel orders, including Printful-fulfilled products and limited-run merchandise.

LIMITED-RUN PRODUCTS (Final Sale)

Products marked “Limited Run” are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange once sold out.

However, we still have your back:
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will help resolve the issue.

Email support@dadgamesapparel.com with photos and your order number. You may be offered:

  • Replacement if inventory exists,

  • Store credit,

  • Discount on a future order,

  • Other reasonable solutions on a case-by-case basis.

STANDARD PRODUCTS (Printful Fulfilled)

Most of our apparel is printed on demand by Printful’s U.S. fulfillment network.

Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. This aligns with Printful’s return reporting window. Printful Help Center

Condition Requirements

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

Refunds may be denied if items do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except for genuinely defective or damaged goods.

  • Please contact us at support@dadgamesapparel.com before returning anything. This helps us assist you faster and avoid unwanted shipping costs.

Process for Defects / Damages

If the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

  1. Email support@dadgamesapparel.com with photos and the order number.

  2. We’ll work with Printful to verify the issue.

  3. We will offer:

    • Replacement item (if available),

    • Or refund for the product (within 3–5 business days of approval),

    • Shipping costs will be handled case-by-case.

Refund Timeline

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
