LIMITED-RUN PRODUCTS (Final Sale)
Products marked “Limited Run” are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange once sold out.
However, we still have your back:
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will help resolve the issue.
Email support@dadgamesapparel.com with photos and your order number. You may be offered:
Replacement if inventory exists,
Store credit,
Discount on a future order,
Other reasonable solutions on a case-by-case basis.

STANDARD PRODUCTS (Printful Fulfilled)
Most of our apparel is printed on demand by Printful’s U.S. fulfillment network.
Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. This aligns with Printful’s return reporting window. Printful Help Center
Condition Requirements
Items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition
Refunds may be denied if items do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except for genuinely defective or damaged goods.

Process for Defects / Damages
If the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:
Email support@dadgamesapparel.com with photos and the order number.
We’ll work with Printful to verify the issue.
We will offer:
Replacement item (if available),
Or refund for the product (within 3–5 business days of approval),
Shipping costs will be handled case-by-case.

Refund Timeline
Once a return is received and inspected:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
